Your need: to organize an international conference, official appointment, business meeting, grandiose party, effective presentation.

Our proposal: we will manage all the preparations and solve problems that concern organizing an event. That includes:
- search in our database and reservation of a hall, that match your requirements in the best way (budget, location, capacity, availability of special equipment etc.);
- accommodation of your guests in hotels or apartments in case of need during the period of the event;
- all types of transportation services;
- lease of special equipment for the event;
- organization of meals for the participants, including coffee-breaks.

During the event our manager, who is responsible for it, stay with you to help in solving all the current problems.

Company’s commission varies from 0 to 10 % of all the costs of organization of the event. It depends on the number of participants and amount of ordered services.
